Légende Après 350 kms de route sans encombre, nous sommes arrivés à MACON vers 13h; la vingtaine de MORFALS et moi même, JEAN CLAUDE notre vice prés avait emmené son chop JACk DANIEL'S, pour le show bike. Les MORFALS étant les parrains des GARS DARLEY, nous étions très attendus, l'accueil fut des plus chaleureux : parking privé, remorque harley à notre disposition pour nos casques et autres bagages plus l'entrée gratuite pour tous les membres du club. PHILIPPE le président, le vice prés, le secrétaire et le trésorier sont venus nous accueillir en compagnie de monsieur le député maire de MACON.
Après une petite bière pour reprendre nos esprits, PHILIPPE nous a fait faire le tour du propriétaire, le site se prête parfaitement pour ce genre de manifestation, de nombreux spectacles étant prévus ; groupes, défiles de mode, cascades motos, show bike et de nombreux stands en tout genre : préparateurs HD, BOB LE GRAVEUR, sous vêtements féminins, cuirs, mini choppers, bijoux indiens, tatoueur percing etc. etc., enfin tout pour rendre un biker heureux! Pour nous les MORFALS des stands de bouffe à tarif modéré : pizzas, steaks, saucisses, andouillettes, frites etc., nous avons donc déjeuner sur place et fait un tour sur le site, nous y avons rencontré quelques membres du HDCF : les BOURBONS, PHENIX, DISSIDENTS.
A 16h30 une balade dans le Maconnais était la bienvenue vu le temps exceptionnel que nous avions, avec un arrêt bière comme il se doit, 70kms dans un paysage magnifique, puis comme d'habitude, apéro plus que prolongé, dicirc;ner, puis groupes, striptease etc. tout cela dans une très bonne ambiance. Certains MORFALS ont eu le loisir d'apprécier le camping municipal tout à coté et à tarif plus que modéré. Quant aux autres, ils ont préféré l'HOTEL DU NORD, 313 quai Jean Jaurès 71000 MACON, tel 03 85 38 08 68, - PUB- une adresse à retenir, le patron est super sympa... Le petit déj plus que copieux, les prix très abordables et surtout 2 box fermés à dispo pour nos chères motos. Après une bonne nuit, les festivités ont reprises le dimanche, avec une parade dans la ville, puis concert, remise des prix du show bike ; le chop de JEAN CLAUDE a obtenu le 2 ème prix dans la catégorie chopper, j'ai également eu le droit à un trophée, en tant que prés du HDC FRANCE. Puis de nouveau : défilé de lingeries...
16h30 nous avons décidé de reprendre la route vers PARIS avec regrets car la fête continuait, mais les meilleurs choses ont une fin, nous attendrons l'année prochaine avec impatience.
Nous avons pu constater que les GARS DARLEY étaient "un club motivé", organisateurs et surtout qu'ils avaient hâte d'appartenir définitivement à notre grande famille qu'est le HDCF, donc un grand merci aux GARS DARLEY et à la municipalité de MACON.
Un petit mot également pour un autre club du HDCF : les ROADS MONSTERS qui ont organisé un petit rallye à CHARLY / MARNE : un petit rallye comme on les aime également, avec moins de moyens mais avec la convivialité et le désir de faire plaisir aux copains, il en faut pour tous les goucirc;ts . Et alors le site !!!! que dire ?? La route des champagnes avec dégustation !!! un grand merci pour les ROADS MONSTERS.
A close 350 kms of road without encumbers, we arrived to MACON towards 13h; the about twenty of MORFALS and myself, JEAN CLAUDE our vice-president had taken along its chop JACk DANIEL' S, for the show bike. The MORFALS being the godfathers of GARS DARLEY we were very expected, the reception was more cordial: private park, trailer harley at our disposal for our helmets and other luggage plus the admission free for all the members of the club. PHILIPPE the president, the vice-president, the secretary and the treasurer came to welcome us with Mister the deputy mayor of MACON.
After a small beer to take again our spirits, PHILIPPE made us make the turn of the owner, the site lends itself perfectly for this kind of demonstration, of many spectacles being envisaged; groups, ravel mode, cascades motor bikes, show bike and many stands in any kind : preparers HD, BOB the ENGRAVER, under ladies' garments, leathers, mini choppers, Indian jewels, tattoo piercing etc etc, finally very to make a biker happy! For us the MORFALS stands of puffs out with moderate tariff : pizza pies, steaks, sausages, "andouillettes", fried etc, we have thus to lunch on the spot and makes a turn on the site, we met some members of the HDCF : there BOURBONS, PHENIX, DISSIDENTS.
At 16h30 one stroll in Maconnais was welcome considering the exceptional weather which we had, with a stop beer as it should be, 70kms in a splendid landscape, then as usual, aperitif than prolonged more, dinner, then groups, striptease etc. all that in a very good environment. Some MORFALS had the leisure to appreciate the municipal camp-site very close to and tariff more than moderate. As for the others, they preferred the HOTEL OF NORTH, 313 quay Jean Jaurès 71000 MACON, such 03 85 38 08 68 - ADVERTIZING an address to be retained, the owner is super sympathetic... The breakfast more than copious, very accessible prices and especially 2 closed boxes with dispo for our dear motor bikes. After a good night, the festivities took again Sunday, with a parade in the city, then concert, prize-giving of the show bike; the chop of JEAN CLAUDE obtained the 2nd price in the category chopper, I also was entitled to a trophy, as president of the HDC FRANCE. And then : Parade of lingerie...
16h30 we decided to take again the road towards PARIS with regrets because the festival continued, but best the things have an end, we will wait the next year impatiently.
We could note that GARS DARLEY were " a justified club ", organizers and especially who they were in a hurry to belong definitively to our great family which is the HDCF, therefore large a thank you with GARS DARLEY and the municipality of MACON.
A small word also for another club of the HDCF : the ROADS MONSTERS which organized a small rally in CHARLY / the MARNE : a small rally as they are also liked, with less means but with user-friendliness and the desire to give pleasure to the buddies, it is necessary some for all the tastes. And then the site!!!! what to say?? The road of champagnes with tasting!!! large a thank you for ROADS MONSTERS.
